Who can register as an affiliate?:
Any individual or business regardless of nationality.

How does the affiliate programme work?:
Once you have completed the form you will receive an email within 48 hours with a user name and password (which you will have to reset) to access your FareHarbor dashboard. FareHarbor is the platform where you will be able to monitor your sales and your customers’ sales. You can choose from the following options:

• 1.  To enter Barcelona Best Experiences to make bookings for your clients.
• 2.  To receive links to each experience to add them to your contents.
• 3.  The two above options.

Can we run campaigns on search engines such as AdWords, Bing or Yahoo Search:
We only allow the use of generic words and advertisements that link to your affiliate landing page. The use of the keyword “Barcelona Best Experiences” and “America’s Cup 360 Card” is prohibited, with or without spelling mistakes, in the text, title, contents, display URL and the destination URL of the advertisement that appears on search engines such as Google, Yahoo and Bing and any of your search partners or any other digital advertising search engines or platforms. Failure to comply with this policy will result in the cancellation of the sales you have made and your removal from the affiliate programme.

Does it cost anything to register as an affiliate?:
Registration is free.

Can we earn commissions on our own bookings?:
You will receive a commission of 7.5% on the price of every booking made using your links.

Are we tied into the programme?:
There is no specific membership period and you can cancel at any time.

How are bookings registered?:
All your links contain a Barcelona Best Experiences affiliate ID code. This code will allow us to identify all the link clicks and bookings made on your links.

How can we monitor our activities?:
We provide you with access to a FareHarbor dashboard where you can monitor the sales made based on product type and dates among other filters.

How are the commissions calculated?
Commissions are calculated according to the taxable amount on the price of the products. The amounts shown in the invoicing section also refer to the calculation of commissions based on the taxable amount.

What is a confirmed booking?
A confirmed booking will have a voucher number and have been paid for by the client to Barcelona Best Experiences. A booking may be cancelled or altered after the purchase date. In this case, this amount will be deducted from the balance of the affiliate’s account as it will have been paid the month prior to the cancellation.

Do we need to issue an invoice to receive payments?
Yes. You should send us an invoice every month for the sales you have made during the previous month whenever the amount is 20€ or more. If you have not earned this amount, you should wait until the following month to issue an invoice.

How are payments made?
Payments are made by bank transfer 60 days after the invoice has been issued.

Where can we find the links that we have to include on our website?
Every time you require a link we will send it to the email address you have provided. If you need any assistance, please contact us at affiliate@barcelonaturisme.com.
Once you have received the email with log in details you will receive a second email with an initial selection of exclusive links to the main Barcelona Best Experiences. If you require a link to any of the products available as part of the Barcelona Best Experiences, you can request it by emailing affiliate@barcelonaturisme.com.

Can we alter the links to adapt them to our website?
We do not recommend it. If you alter the codes and URLs to the links, the sales monitoring system may not function correctly. This is why we strongly recommend you never tamper with the links.
